The investigation into Dudley began after a referral from Fairfax County Child Protective Services (CPS) on July 15, 2025. The report involved a minor who was allegedly inappropriately touched by an adult male, which led authorities to initiate an inquiry. Following the initial report, detectives identified a total of three additional victims during their investigation, with incidents dating back to 2004.
All victims connected to the aggravated sexual battery charges are younger than 13 years old. The investigation indicates multiple incidents of inappropriate contact spanning over a decade, involving minors at different ages.
Following his arrest, Dudley was brought before a Fairfax County court, where he remains held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Currently, he has not been granted bail and will await further proceedings. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 5, 2025, in the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

His service record includes a stint from December 2010 to October 2012 as a member of the Bailey’s Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department. At the time of his arrest, Dudley was volunteering as an emergency medical technician (EMT) with the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rescue Squad.
