During the investigation of this earlier incident, police observed a juvenile boy fleeing from the scene. He was later apprehended using less-lethal tools, although it was determined that he was not the shooter. This juvenile currently faces a weapons violation charge and is being referred to the Juvenile Court Center. A second suspect, however, remains at large, and detectives are working diligently to locate and arrest him. Both suspects were seen at the gas station before the shooting occurred.
