Everbowl has launched its latest location in South Gilbert, specializing in nutritious offerings such as acai bowls, smoothies, and protein toasts. This location is situated at 1717 E. Another addition to Gilbert’s culinary landscape is Hooked Seafood Grill, a family-owned restaurant that features a diverse menu. In addition to the new restaurants, a significant mixed-use development called Heritage Park has broken ground in downtown Gilbert. This project, a collaboration between Creation and Crescent Communities, occupies an entire city block at the northern gateway of Gilbert’s Heritage District, specifically at the intersection of Gilbert Road and Juniper Avenue.
The initial phase of Heritage Park is set to include approximately 47,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with a luxury apartment community consisting of 288 residential units. The development aims to enhance the area’s appeal with over 300 surface parking spaces and a public square featuring water features, landscaped areas, public art, as well as walking and biking paths.
The Flagship Restaurant Group plans to introduce three restaurants within Heritage Park, namely Ghost Donkey, Palma, and Blue Sushi Sake Grill. The first openings in this new mixed-use area are anticipated in 2026, with the entire development expected to be completed by March 2027.
