Completed projects include a six-story parking structure and the recently finished $78 million University Gateway Building, which incorporates retail, academic spaces, and art studios, creating a dynamic environment for students and visitors alike. This Gateway Building acts as a vital link between the west side of the Tempe campus and Mill Avenue and was part of a two-phase construction project.
