Recognizing the contributions and impact of Arizona’s top employers, the MAC awards emphasize the significance of excellent leadership, community engagement, and a commitment to both employee and customer satisfaction.

The Arizona Business magazine collaborates with BestCompaniesAZ to organize this prestigious initiative. Interested companies have until June 7, 2025, to submit their nominations. Following this, winners will be celebrated at a special dinner and reception scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix. The winners, along with the finalists, will be highlighted in the September/October 2025 edition of the Az Business magazine.

The MAC Awards comprise various categories, with winners chosen by a selection committee made up of significant business leaders from Arizona. Each company is evaluated based on five critical pillars: Leadership Excellence, Workplace Culture, Corporate and Social Responsibility, Customer Opinion, and Innovation. This rigorous evaluation process not only ensures the credibility of the awards but also underscores the efforts of companies striving for excellence in these areas.

Reflecting on past accolades, the Arizona Diamondbacks have been recognized as one of Arizona’s Most Admired Companies for the ninth time, further solidifying their status in the community. They previously received this honor in 2011, 2013-2016, 2018-2019, and 2022. The D-backs received a Spotlight Award in 2019 and were included in the Top 100 Companies by BestCompaniesAZ in 2017, praising their workplace culture and leadership excellence.

The D-backs’ leadership expresses appreciation for this recognition, highlighting their commitment to core values such as investing in their employees, nurturing relationships, and encouraging continuous learning.
