Significant contributions came from departments in Phoenix, Gilbert, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Surprise, Sahuarita, Tucson, Tempe, Avondale, Flagstaff, Glendale, Peoria, Chandler, and Prescott Valley, as well as the Arizona Department of Public Safety and various county sheriffs’ offices.
